We ship worldwide from the United States.

For international orders, all import taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Generally orders placed on our website will ship within 1-3 business days.

Most orders will ship via USPS 1-3 Day service.

You should expect to see your order delivered within 2-5 business days post checkout.

Orders can be expedited by request on a case by case basis. Please reach out to contact@supertrellis.com to confirm availability.

We do offer an expedited shipping option at checkout. This option will give you priority processing if ordered before 12p EST. The shipping method will be chosen to deliver your order within 2 business days.

Order status can be viewed by clicking the link in your confirmation email.

If you have not received a confirmation email, first check any spam folders or filters.

If nothing comes up for you, please send an email to contact@supertrellis.com to receive a duplicate.

Orders can be shipped back to the return address on your shipping label.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Once received, your order will be refunded within 2-3 business days.

We offer a 30 day hassle free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order within that time frame, please send an email to support to initiate a return (contact@supertrellis.com). Your correspondence must be received within 30 days of your order being placed. 

We will offer replacement parts for any order that are defective or damaged during transit, at no cost to the buyer. Send an email to support detailing what needs to be replaced in order to receive replacements.

Items can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please send an email to contact@supertrellis.com to initiate an exchange.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation yet, your order can be edited at not extra cost. Please send an email to the above address to start.

We offer a referral program through Referral Candy. An automated email will be sent to you after you place your first order. We encourage everyone to create an account and earn credit for their friend's purchases.

A custom link will be provided to you after you have signed up for the program. You can give this link to people you wish to refer. Once they place an order, you will be notified and receive credit accordingly. 

Referral compensation changes throughout the year. It can be paid out in the form of direct cash payments or store credit. Check your account for current offerings.

Super Trellis is a system that can be utilized for all sizes very small plants and large. Different configurations can be built with varying levels of strength.

A 2D (flat) trellis can be built up to 12” tall and support plants such as Pothos, Philodendron, Begonia, and Hoya. These plants have relatively flexible stems and will not stress the trellis very much. Your trellis can be built up taller than 12” as time goes on, but extra support will be needed. 12" is a rule of thumb for the height of a flat trellis that will stand upright on it's own.

Once your trellis has grown to about 12-15”, it is recommended to use our Corner Kit to build in some extra stability. This kit will allow you to build a two sided trellis at a 90 degree angle, or a four sided “totem”. Once you have incorporated corners into your build, the potential heights are endless.

We have built trellises for large, heavy plants such as Monstera with great results. Plants that are currently secured using moss poles, (etc) can be trellised with Super Trellis for "drama free" support into the future!

You don’t necessarily need to use all of the parts for the system to provide benefits for your plants.

You can use just the hexagons without bases and mount the trellis on various surfaces. We have seen many customers mount their trellis directly to a wall to grow their plants around features in their homes.

Our products can be recycled in specific cases.

The packaging of Super Trellis can be recycled with your other household items.

The actual components of Super Trellis can be composted and recycled, again in specific situations. The parts are considered to be “other” plastics by recyclers, sometimes referred to as #7 plastics. Check in with your recycler if they can take PLA or PHA plastics at their facility before sending them the parts. 

Super Trellis can be used outdoors in some cases. Generally it is recommended to use Super Trellis in areas that are mostly shaded. Darker colors are susceptible to warping in hot environments with direct sunlight. The darker pigments in the colors absorb more light and reach temperatures much greater than the ambient temperature of the air.

When using a Super Trellis in an outdoor setting, we recommend building your trellis with our Corner kit in the “totem” arrangement. By creating a four sided structure, the chances of warping are greatly reduced. 

If you are concerned that your environment may be too warm for Super Trellis, consider purchasing light colored products (white, grey, blush, lemon, etc). These items can sustain higher ambient temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and direct sun for extended periods of time. At least partial shade is always recommended.
